Q: Why doesn't Moodle recognize my username or password?
A: Your username is your R-MC email in its ENTIRETY; it must include @students.rmc.edu. (A faculty or staff member should include @rmc.edu in the username). Your password is your firstname initial, lastname initial, and the last four digits of your MaconWeb ID (ex. js1234). Your password is case-sensitive, and there is no space.
Q: Why can't I get into a course site?
A: After you log into Moodle, click on the course site link. If you are prompted to type in the Enrollment Key, type in the Key/code provided by the course instructor. It is case sensitive.
